Seeking a Mechanical Estimator with 3+ years' experience in the construction industry to work on high-profile projects in Munster.
BSS Building Staff Solutions is a leading Mechanical contractor in Clare working on contracts across Munster and nationwide.
As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing detailed take-offs and estimates for projects
- Reading plans and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Working on a variety of projects across industries such as Residential, Commercial, and Pharma/Healthcare
- Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Mechanical role within the construction industry
- Experience working on projects across a variety of industries
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Full clean driving licence
