Job Description This exciting position will be a client facing role with the primary goal of managing mechanical maintenance services for some of our key FM clients. The candidate will be focused on supervision of Hard FM M&E maintenance activities on their sites, and will be required to ensure the delivery of preventative & reactive maintenance on schedule and in-line with the scope of works. Candidates will be responsible for commercial aspects of their sits and provide clients with remedial quotations in a timely manner. In addition to this the candidate will work with Jones technicians and engineers to propose, and then deliver, HVAC & Electrical solutions to our clients. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of HVAC services, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning. Electrical competency is desirable but not essential. Candidates will be supported by administration staff, technicians, engineers and contract managers, as part of a highly-motivated and collaborative team. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with clients, technicians, subcontractors and co-workers. Requirements Relevant third level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential. Trade background for this role would be advantageous Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential 3 to 5 Years leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required. Experience in HVAC maintenance although not essential would be a distinct advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential. Individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas. The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
