Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and rectify plumbing related issues through a ticket system.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and generate reports.
Collaborate with team members and external contractors to optimise maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Mechanical Maintenance plumber with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
In-depth understanding of diverse heating, cooling, and DHW systems and their components.
Competency in executing maintenance tasks following safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and drawings.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to mechanical maintenance practices.
