Job Description

**Job Title: Mechanical Package Manager** **Job Summary:** Experienced Mechanical Package Manager required for large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction projects in Co. Dublin, with a focus on safety, quality, and coordination. **Responsibilities:** * **Safety and Health:** + Ensure the safety and health of all persons working on or visiting the site + Promote compliance with the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans + Intervene directly in unsafe situations or practices * **Scope and Coordination:** + Be fully familiar with the contract scope, technical documentation package, and fabrication/supply/construction programme + Monitor day-to-day site activities of contractors to ensure completion of contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost, and documentation * **Quality:** + Monitor the implementation of the Contractors' Quality plan + Carry out daily inspections of the works to ensure required standards are achieved + Track and review all contractors' technical RFI's, submittals, purchases, etc. * **Commercial:** + Be familiar with the contents of the contract, pricing agreement, and scope of work + Advise Construction Superintendent and Contracts Manager on field variations, scope changes, or potential additional costs **Requirements:** * Degree educated or exceptionally strong trades' background * Excellent communication and reporting skills * Life Science, Mission Critical, or similarly complex project experience * At least 15 years construction and/or mechanical experience * At least ten years' site experience * Previous PM Group experience desirable **About PM Group:** * Employee-owned company with a team of 3,500+ people * Focused on growing a sustainable business centred around people, clients, and trade partners * Leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm with a network of offices in Europe, Asia, and the US * Committed to ensuring our hiring process is fair and accessible to all and will provide candidates with disabilities with reasonable accommodations required to participate in the recruitment process.
