Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Owner to oversee the construction of a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Co. Dublin, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.About the Role
As a Mechanical Package Owner, you will be responsible for:- Ensuring the safety and health of all personnel on site, promoting compliance with safety plans and environmental management plans
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of work
- Monitoring quality and implementing quality plans to ensure required standards are met
- Reviewing and approving test packs, and ensuring accurate documentation
- Participating in safety audits, coordination meetings, and quality inspections
- Ensuring compliance with contract scope, technical documentation, and pricing agreements

To be successful in this role, you will need:- A degree in a relevant field or exceptional trades' background
- At least 15 years of construction and/or mechanical experience
- At least 10 years of site experience
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Life Science, Mission Critical, or similarly complex project experience
