Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Package Owner to oversee the construction of a large-scale pharmaceutical project in Co. Dublin, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
About the Role
As a Mechanical Package Owner, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and health of all personnel on site, promoting compliance with safety plans and environmental management plans.
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of works.
- Monitoring quality implementation, conducting daily inspections, and witnessing tests and inspections.
- Reviewing and approving technical documentation, including method statements, SPAs, and permit applications.
- Participating in safety audits, coordination meetings, and quality inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with contract scope, technical documentation, and fabrication/supply/construction programme.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field or exceptionally strong trades' background.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- At least 15 years of construction and/or mechanical experience.
- At least 10 years of site experience.
- Previous experience in life sciences, mission critical, or similarly complex projects.
