Key responsibilities include:
- Design and build projects using mechanical engineering principles
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure smooth installation process
- Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, and other project-related documents
- Use project planning tools and BIM software to manage projects
Requirements:
- Relevant third-level qualification in mechanical engineering or building services
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting environment
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping systems, and project planning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and large QA database systems
