Job Title: Project Engineering Lead
About the Company: A leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company in Ireland with extensive experience delivering complex projects in various industries.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Lead to oversee the day-to-day engineering management of a project, develop junior engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of the project.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project engineering team and oversee the day-to-day management of the project scope, programme, and resources.
- Develop junior engineers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Manage the submittal and procurement process, including the development and submission of technical documents.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement policies and standards related to Health and Safety and Quality.
- Lead the commissioning and control strategy for the project.
Requirements:
- Essential Qualifications:
- A relevant 3rd-level qualification.
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in technical submittals, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Package: €40 K - €55 K based on experience and qualifications.
