The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the project, leading client and design team meetings, overseeing the project team, ensuring compliance with project timelines, material procurement, quality standards, and safety regulations, preparing project schedules, conducting site visits, and managing relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements include a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction projects, proven ability to manage large-scale residential projects, strong understanding of Irish building regulations and safety standards, excellent leadership and team management skills, and proficiency with project management software.

Key Responsibilities:
