Job Description Summary: Lead a team of project stakeholders to deliver Mechanical Services projects, ensuring quality, safety, and financial management while exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure scope of works are met and shareholder requirements are satisfied.
Manage all phases of Mechanical Services project delivery, from Pre-Construction & Planning to Testing & Commissioning.
Regularly inspect sites to maintain quality, safety, and procurement standards.
Oversee financial aspects of projects and ensure compliance with project specifications and change control procedures.
Coordinate project pre-appointment meetings and review design & construction drawings.
Ensure works are installed according to project specifications, while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Provide guidance on compliance to relevant standards and specifications for site activities.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a contracting environment
Excellent leadership, IT, technical, communication, and organization skills
