Job Summary: Mechanical Project Manager is needed to join a well-established and progressive Mechanical and Electrical Contractor in Dublin city. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, attending client and design team meetings, ensuring high quality installation and compliance with programme, materials, quality and safety issues, and managing a multidiscipline team on large and medium sized projects.
- Attend and participate in client and design team meetings
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure high quality installation
- Ensure compliance with programme, materials, quality and safety issues
- Programme, plan and report all project management activities
- Manage a multidiscipline team on a variety of large and medium sized projects
- Degree in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or trade qualification
- Minimum 5 years of mechanical project management experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP, including HVAC and Building services design
- Building Information Modelling (BIM) knowledge is advantageous
