Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of building services management, including the design, installation, and commissioning of complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages. * Manage a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by Building Management Systems (BMS). * Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes. * Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of experience in building services management, with a focus on mechanical projects. * Proven leadership and project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects. * Experience working on a diverse range of projects, including those in industrial, commercial, or healthcare sectors. * Strong technical knowledge of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. * Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
