Mechanical Project Manager Job In Leinster

Experienced Mechanical Project Manager sought for a large building contractor in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, to oversee multiple mechanical/plumbing/HVAC installation projects.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience managing/supervising mechanical installation projects.
• Project management qualification.
• Detailed knowledge of plumbing techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Plumbing or equivalent mechanical qualification from a recognised body.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and to tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with and management of Project Schedules in conjunction with other trades.
• Detailed knowledge of industry safety and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple mechanical/plumbing/HVAC installation projects.
• Day-to-day management of Site Supervisors, Plumbers, Ducters, and Subcontractors.
• Attend Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, and Planning and Coordination Meetings.
• Closely monitor health and safety standards.
• Keep Contracts Manager up to date with project progress and day-to-day issues.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
