About Your New Job As the Mechanical Service Manager, you will lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and air-conditioning systems. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations and departmental goals. This role reports directly to the General Manager and involves significant responsibility in managing operations and enhancing service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and provide technical support to HVAC technicians, ensuring they meet service standards and customer expectations. Recruit, train, and develop HVAC technicians to maintain workforce capabilities and meet operational demands. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout projects. What Skills You Need: Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a technical service environment. Strong understanding of HVAC systems with the ability to troubleshoot and guide technicians effectively.
