AA Euro Group has been retained by one of Ireland's leading contractors to recruit a Mechanical Site Manager to join their team on a large project in Cork.The Role:Oversee the day to day management of a project of varying sizes, from start to completion.Manage on site construction team for the successful delivery of the project.Manage all Health and Safety aspects of the project.Manage onsite supply chain for the projects to ensure timely delivery of project.Oversee quality of the finished product to ensure it adheres to the drawings, details and specification all to the clients' expectations.Manage project programs and monitor progress on site to ensure delivery of completed project.All other duties associated with the role.Requirements:Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent trade background.A minimum of 5 years site management experience.Good commercial knowledge.Experience in managing Mechanical design and build projects in excess of 5 million within commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical or data centre type sectors.You will ideally be in possession of IOSH certificate managing safety; IOSH certificate in environmental management and general NEBOSH certificate but not essential.Possess strong computer abilities.The ability to work on your own initiative and to manage inputs from a range of specialist suppliers and in-house staff.Knowledge of client, vendor & contractor interaction & management.Positive, a good communicator with the capability to work well with others in a multifunctional project team.Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.If you would like any more information on this role please contact Martha Brackett on 085 882 1731 or email your CV to mbrackett@aaeuro.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
