Job Description
Leading on site team with close management and supervision of all staff. Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times by staff on site. Ensuring all H&S regulations are obeyed at all times. Maintaining detailed accurate site records. Coordinating work with other subcontractors as required. Attending site meetings and troubleshooting as necessary.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Plumbing certification essential.
Good knowledge of health and safety requirements and risk management.
Excellent leadership skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Creative approach to problem solving and a hands-on approach.
