Key Responsibilities:
Supervise On-
Site Team:
Effectively lead and oversee all on-site personnel, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to assigned tasks.
Enforce Company Policies:
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures by all team members on-site.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Rigorously enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Keep detailed and precise records of all on-site activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance:
Oversee work to ensure it is carried out following industry best practices and adheres to all applicable regulations and standards.
Coordinate with Subcontractors:
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression and alignment with project goals.
Attend Site Meetings:
Participate in site meetings, addressing any issues and providing solutions to keep the project on track.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar supervisory role within the construction or plumbing industry.
Certification:
Must hold a valid plumbing certification; additional HVAC knowledge is a strong advantage.
Health & Safety Knowledge:
Solid understanding of health and safety protocols and the ability to enforce them on-site.
Project Management Skills:
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively, with a strong grasp of risk management and compliance.
Time Management:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
Leadership Qualities:
Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Creative and resourceful in addressing and resolving challenges on-site.
