Job Description
Seeking a Mechanical Supervisor with 6+ years experience to lead large commercial and industrial projects in Dublin, coordinating resources, managing teams, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from inception to final handover, reporting to the Contracts Manager, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and planning of resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors
- Managing and driving a team to meet project requirements and deadlines
- Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Preparing relevant reports
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification or relevant work experience
- Trade background is an advantage
- 6+ years previous experience gained within a mechanical or building services environment
- Minimum of 3 years in a Supervision role
- Proven record of coordinating and managing large projects
- Strong Mechanical experience
- Good Computer skills in word, excel, etc.
- Fluent English and flexible to travel
