Job Description
The Global Leader in technology infrastructure solutions seeks a Supervisor/Team Lead to oversee production teams, drive site standards, and meet customer deadlines. Responsibilities include leadership, manpower planning, and coordination of external subcontractors.
- Leadership and guidance of production teams.
- Maintaining overall site standards and expectations in line with company policies.
- Organising manpower, materials, and planning resources to achieve targets.
- Coordination of external subcontractors and products for dispatch and logistics.
- Providing Toolbox Talks and health & safety guidance.
The successful Mechanical Supervisor/Team Leader should have:
- An educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a recognised apprenticeship.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Industrial/Commercial Contracting/Engineering.
- Strong technical skills, excellent leadership and team management abilities, and proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
An attractive salary of €50,752 to €58,240 per year, a Monday to Friday working schedule, and additional benefits including overtime, bonus hours, attendance bonus, pension, and life assurance are on offer.
