Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, inspection, installation, and repair of various HVAC, extraction, and motor systems across the site.
About the Role:
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including inspecting and replacing components on schedule.
- Test and adjust mechanical equipment and systems.
- Respond to breakdowns, diagnose, and repair systems.
- Overhaul, clean, and replace defective parts.
- Provide engineering support to production.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain utility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site work orders on a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management system).
- Conduct on-site instrument calibrations.
- Work to achieve site services required Key Performance Indicators.
- Maintain site documentation in line with client requirements.
- Support and cover for the Eirdata site lead.
Requirements:
- Relevant mechanical trade qualification.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Experience in commissioning and validation an advantage.
- Electrical awareness an advantage.
