In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our buildings, industrial systems, and equipment through routine preventive maintenance and repairs. About Your New Job Conduct ongoing preventive maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Assist with modifications to building equipment and systems. Review and complete assigned work orders, estimating time and materials needed. Support energy management by ensuring all systems operate at peak efficiency. Maintain inventory of necessary parts, tools, and supplies. Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Follow established procedures to solve straightforward problems. Deliver output by adhering to defined processes under close supervision. What Skills You Need Mechanical Trade Qualification. Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting to 50 lbs. Ability to follow work routines and standards. Clear communication skills for exchanging information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. Willingness to work under the guidance and follow defined procedures.
