Grade III Administrator Temporary Contract Location: Dublin South Contract: 3 months (Full time Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) Hourly Rate:€15.36 Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? Hourly Rate:€15.36 Key Responsibilities: Organising and managing various administrative tasks efficiently Supporting team members with document preparation and data entry Creating and maintaining records in Excel and Word Scheduling and coordinating meetings or appointments Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner Managing general office duties and assisting with ad hoc tasks as needed Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information Requirements: Previous experience in administration or office support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available for immediate start Whats on Offer: Competitive hourly rate of:€15.36 Monday to Friday, 35-hour workweek Temporary 3-month contract with the possibility of extension If youre a dedicated administrator looking for a new challenge, apply today by submitting your CV via the link below.
