Medical Administrator - TCP Homecare

Seeking a medical administrator to provide exceptional customer service, manage patient referrals, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume calls from healthcare professionals and patients, providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Process patient referrals through an in-house electronic system, ensuring seamless and smooth pathways.
  • Maintain accurate and legible records, databases, and documentation in various formats.
  • Attend company meetings, training, and other business requirements in a prepared and punctual manner.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and customer-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • Strong PC, administration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under own initiative, and make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Previous experience as a medical administrator is advantageous.
