**Global Health Insurance Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled Global Health Insurance Specialist to join our Customer Operations department, working closely with colleagues from different regions in a collaborative team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Preauthorize in-patient treatment
- Contain costs through tight adjudication and negotiation
- Manage complex high-value cases
- Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and providers
- Conduct medical claims reviews
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Welfare within the team
**Requirements:**
- Nursing qualification
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- Fluent English and a second language (German or French)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland without restrictions
