**Global Health Insurance Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled Global Health Insurance Specialist to join our Customer Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for pre-authorizing in-patient treatment, managing complex cases, and maintaining relationships with brokers, clients, and providers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pre-authorize in-patient treatment and manage complex cases
- Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and providers
- Conduct medical claims reviews
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Welfare within the team
**Requirements:**
- Nursing qualification
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- Fluent English and a second language (German or French)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
