**Global Health Insurance Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled Global Health Insurance Specialist to join our Customer Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex health insurance cases, maintaining relationships with brokers and clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pre-authorize in-patient treatment and manage complex high-value cases
- Conduct medical claims reviews and negotiate with providers
- Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and providers
- Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of team members
**Requirements:**
- Nursing qualification
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- Fluency in English and a second language (German or French)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
