Job Summary: Allianz Partners is seeking a Customer Operations professional to join their team in Ireland.
As a key member of the Customer Operations department, you will work closely with colleagues from different regions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-authorize in-patient treatment
- Aggressively contain costs through tight adjudication and negotiation
- Manage complex high-value cases
- Maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and providers
- Review medical claims
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Welfare within the team
Requirements:
- Nursing qualification
- Previous clinical nursing experience
- Fluent English and a second language (German or French)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland without restrictions
