The Director of Medical Devices will have overall leadership responsibility for the European and US Medical Division and provide leadership and strategic guidance. The role can be based in Dublin or Galway and can provide hybrid options.Roles/Responsibilities:Responsible for European and US Medical Device DivisionManage resources for Global Medical Device divisionResponsible for department KPIs and all certifications filedOversee global audit team planningMember of the senior leadership team; strategise global developmentResponsible for assigning competency and authorising product reviewers & QMS auditorsAct as the Health Product Regulatory Authority (HPRA) liaisonWork alongside senior stakeholders to strategise company development planningSkills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical or related fields (BSc/MSc)8+ years experience within the Medical Device field (manufacturing/auditing/research & development)Extensive management experienceExperience with growing teamsPreviously worked in a Notified Body (preferred but not required)Fluent in EnglishFor further information please contact James Cassidy at james.cassidy@lifescience.ie or call in confidence 086 0204322. #J-18808-Ljbffr
