Then you are the person we are looking for!If you are the m/f/x with 1-5 years of experience in a similar position and you like to take ownership, are pro-active, and can work independently, then we should really meet!We are looking for someone who can switch quickly between various tasks, who is a talented communicator, and a strong team player. As one of our Meeting Specialists, you will book all kinds of meetings. You will also advise our clients in selecting the best venues for their external events and negotiate on behalf of or in collaboration with the client to obtain the best deal. Customer focus and quality are important pillars and are integrated into your daily job. Together with the team, you will ensure to achieve the commercial targets. You will also be responsible for handling and processing the correct information in our own online platform to enable the finance department to work efficiently.You will be part of our Meeting & Events International team, which currently consists of colleagues all around the globe, and we are looking for new colleagues to represent the UK region!What do you bring?You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality, Leisure, Tourism, or a related field.You are living in the surroundings of Amsterdam.You have 1-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality or MICE industry.You like to work pro-actively and independently in a team.You have an excellent understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.You are stress-resistant, independent, accurate, pro-active, eager to learn, and possess problem-solving abilities.You have good professional communication and negotiation skills.You are organized and manage your time efficiently.You are tech-savvy and able to work with our technology platform.You are flexible to handle different and multiple meeting and event requests at the same time.What can you expect from us?You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing international company.You will work in a company with an informal atmosphere.You will have a 32 or 40-hour workweek.You will receive 8% holiday allowance.You are eligible for 25 vacation days based on 40 hours.You are eligible for a compensation pension scheme via Asr.You are eligible for commuting and work-from-home allowance.You will receive an annual personal budget of €500 based on 40 hours.You will have the possibility to grow within the company (also to international offices).You can work hybrid, partially from the office and partially from home.You will get agent discounts at internal hotel chains for private trips.When, now!Tell us why you are the perfect M/F/X addition to our team.
