The 5* College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) has an excellent opportunity for a Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our Meetings & Events team.
This position will be an integral support to the Meetings & Events Department by working with Events management, and the Sales team.
This is a great opportunity for an individual wishing to get exposure to hotel events and the 5-star international hotel industry.
Duties will include:
Taking enquiries via phone.
Turning down enquiries via email.
Inputting enquiries into Opera.
Creating proposals, internal booking forms, site documents, and deposit invoices.
Creating and distributing complimentary vouchers.
Monitoring menu and buffet label printing for all upcoming events.
Table plan, place cards and table cards for all upcoming weddings or events.
Any other tasks as required by the Director of Events/Director of Sales.
