Partners to the world's most renowned hyperscale, co-location, technology, financial and telecommunications companies, building, operating or occupying data centres around the globe. Job Description: Working on behalf of the client you will be providing engineering and technical support to plan, schedule, coordinate and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities to ensure timely and precise delivery of this high-value project. Desired system knowledge: The ideal candidate would hold experience and knowledge on the following mechanical and electrical systems HVAC Cooling systems (all types) Chiller systems, cooling towers and associated sub systems (both water cooled and air cooled) AHU / Fan coil units etc. Process water systems and treatment Air Humidification Control and instrumentation experience such as SCADA/ PLC/ BMS/ EPMS systems Ability to interpret raw signal data and process it such as temperature and humidity data etc. Control and instrumentation systems Fuel transfer systems Smoke extraction/ pressurization control Network & communication system knowledge such as BACNET, Modbus, Ethernet etc. Power System / Subsystem - HV / MV / LV Distribution system / unit (high voltage / medium voltage experience) Electrical protection system / scheme Transformers and generators Switchgear (PDU, UPS wrap around, distribution gear with source change function) UPS / STS module General understanding of modern power conversion systems such astransistor-based conversion Ability to interpret raw signal data and processing such as UPS/ generator waveforms Control system / EPMS system / SCADA / PLCPersonal Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience Experience in installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting & maintenance of Mechanical control systems, HVAC, cooling systems, Building management systems for Mechanical roles Experience in installation, test run, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of distribution systems, from high voltage (HV) transformers to branch circuits for Electrical roles. 7+ years of experience is desired
