MEP Contracts Manager - 10786 MEP Contracts Manager required to join one of Irelands largest Tier 1 contractors for a Hospital Project in Limerick. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the MEP Sector Lead for the region. Responsibilities: Manage onsite resources, overseeing team setup and mobilisation, and fostering a motivated, high morale environment. Collaborate with the Regional Director, MEP Sector Lead and Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal/external stakeholders. Implement and maintain onsite systems that adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards for health & safety, wellbeing, environment, quality, and sustainability. Support staff to maintain high morale and productivity levels throughout projects. Ensure compliance with health & safety, wellbeing, environmental, quality, and sustainability regulations on all projects. Requirements 5 Years+ contracts management experience on large scale and complex MEP related Projects. (Ideally Hospital and Commercial). A relevant qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline (degree or trade) Experience working for a Main Contractor would be beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
