Job Summary: Experienced Design Manager for cutting edge data centre projects, utilizing innovative processes to ensure highest efficiency and quality. Responsibilities include design management, team selection, and risk tracking. Requirements: Degree Level 6 in architecture, engineering, or related field, 5+ years experience, and experience with CDE, BIM, and sustainability accreditation. - Ensure design management procedure is followed on projects.
- Produce design documentation and change trackers.
- Take ownership of design-related items in tender and construction phases.
- Select and appoint design team members.
- Provide solutions for strategic design items.
- Ensure design meets health, safety, and quality requirements.
- Require Degree Level 6 in architecture, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Desirable experience in CDE, BIM, and planning software.
- Desirable training in sustainability and H&S.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
