The successful candidate will lead the delivery of cost consultancy services for a key client, reporting to the account director on unique projects within occupied buildings.
Key duties include:
- Preparing cost plans and estimates
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Providing cost advice and reporting to clients
- Leading project teams and maintaining effective communication
- Representing the company in a professional manner
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A minimum of five years' technical delivery experience
- Pre- and post-contract experience including cost planning and procurement
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Leadership and organisational skills
- Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Nec experience and data centre knowledge are beneficial but not essential for the right candidate.
