Job Description
Seeking an experienced MEP senior/cost consultant to lead cost consultancy services for a key client in Dublin, with a focus on delivering high-quality advice and managing projects from start to finish.
The role involves working closely with clients, managing projects, and providing cost advice, with opportunities to work on a wide range of projects and develop skills in cost planning, procurement, and change control.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in the Electrical Industry in Ireland, with experience in cost planning, procurement, and NEC experience beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost plans and estimates
- Undertaking procurement of projects from start to finish
- Managing work packages post-contract
- Providing cost advice and reporting to clients
- Conducting tender analysis
- Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities
- Maintaining effective communication and liaising with other managers
- Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' technical delivery experience in the Electrical Industry in Ireland
- Experience in cost planning, procurement, and NEC experience beneficial
- Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, self-starting, and commercially astute
- Team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible
- Electrical experienced MEP QS, with fair knowledge of Mechanical
- Competent in Cost X or similar billing of MEP services
- Experience with estimating and change control post-contract
