Experienced M&A Manager sought for a boutique Corporate Finance house in Dublin 2, with a strong pipeline of work and opportunities for growth.
This Corporate Finance house has grown significantly over the last few years, resulting in a strong pipeline of work. The successful candidate will manage and develop a small team of experienced M&A Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a small team of experienced M&A Executives
- Review, understand and analyse business plans and supporting financial models/projections
- Prepare financial models, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow projections
- Manage assignments from start to finish, working closely with directors
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with relevant experience within a Big 4 or Top 20 firm on the Transactions, Deals or M&A Teams
- Ability to effectively review, understand and analyse business plans and supporting financial models/projections
- Excellent business writing skills and computer-literacy skills, including financial modelling/spreadsheet skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Remuneration:
Up to €85,000 plus bonus
