Job Description
Experienced M&A Manager sought for a boutique Corporate Finance house in Dublin, to manage a team and develop deals.
This Corporate Finance house has grown significantly over the last few years, resulting in a strong pipeline of work.
The successful candidate will manage assignments from start to finish, working closely with directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a small team of experienced M&A Executives
- Review, understand and analyse business plans and financial models
- Prepare financial models, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow projections
- Manage transaction support, due diligence, IMs and corporate finance assignments
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with experience in a Big 4 or Top 20 firm
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent business writing skills and computer-literacy skills
- Self-confident individual with good communications skills
Remuneration: Up to €85,000 plus bonus
