Mergers & Acquisitions Manager Dublin 2 up to €85,000 plus bonus. This boutique Corporate Finance house based in Dublin 2 is looking for an experienced M&A Manager to join their growing M&A team, where no two days are the same and your voice will be heard. They have grown both headcount and networks substantially over the last few years resulting is a very strong pipeline of work. This role will manage & develop two experienced M & A Executives. Requirements Qualified accountant with relevant experience within a Big 4 or Top 20 firm on the Transactions, Deals or M&A Teams An ability to effectively review, understand and analyse business plans and supporting financial models / projections Preparation of financial models including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow projections Exposure to transaction support, due diligence, IMs and corporate finance assignments Self-confident individual with good communications skills Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment Excellent business writing skills Excellent computer-literacy skills, including financial modelling / spreadsheet skills Manage & develop a small team Successful candidate will manage assignments from start to finish, and will work closely with directors.
