Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

The Role:
- We're hiring a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join our team.
- Responsibilities include sourcing targets, building financial models, and managing live deal processes.
- As a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, you'll conduct industry research, analyze financial performance, and collaborate with the Principal M&A Lead.
- You'll develop robust financial models, prioritize ROI, and empower the company to make informed investment decisions.
- Lead the domain acquisition process from strategy formulation to negotiation and execution.
Requirements:
- Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant is desired.
- 3+ years of experience in an accountant practice.
- Project management experience, with the ability to organise and manage a workstream with multiple stakeholders.
- Financial/excel acumen, with the ability to model out a scenario using P&L numbers on excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Interview with our team, Head of M&A & Corporate Development (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
- Task presentation to our Senior Strategy Manager and Principal M&A Lead (1 hour video interview via Zoom)
