Seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to source targets, build financial models, and manage deal processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough industry research and analysis to identify promising acquisition targets.
  • Collaborating with the Principal M&A Lead to streamline due diligence processes and manage deal activities effectively.
  • Developing robust financial models prioritizing ROI, empowering the company to make well-informed investment decisions.
  • Leading the domain acquisition process from strategy formulation to negotiation and execution.
  • Supporting senior executives by preparing comprehensive presentations and reports on potential acquisition targets.
  • Maintaining and updating the pipeline management database with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant status.
  • 3+ years experience in an accountant practice.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to organise and manage a workstream with multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial/excel acumen, with the ability to model out a scenario using P&L numbers on excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The interview process will consist of:

  • Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 minute video interview via Zoom).
  • Interview with our team, Head of M&A & Corporate Development (1 hour video interview via Zoom).
  • Task presentation to our Senior Strategy Manager and Principal M&A Lead (1 hour video interview via Zoom).
