The company is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to their M&A team. This hire will be number two to the head of M&A. The role: Preparing, managing and executing M&A transactions Detailed financial analysis, market research & stakeholder management IM preparation and collaboration with deal team and advisors. The person: ACA / CFA or other relevant experience Must have previous M&A experience, either advisory or in-house 5+ years experience.
