A snapshot of your key responsibilities as MES Consultant would be: Digitise Manual Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to transition paper forms and checklists to digital formats, streamlining data collection and processing. Create Requirements Document: Develop comprehensive requirements documentation to guide the design and development of digital solutions. Rapid Prototyping & Demos: Build and demonstrate rapid prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve solutions. Develop MVP Incremental Apps: Utilise no-code/low-code platforms to create and iteratively enhance Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) tailored to business needs. App Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the apps developed, ensuring they remain functional and effective. Collaborate on Standardization: Work with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to ensure that applications adhere to standard practices and guidelines. Requirements: No-Code/Low-Code Platform Experience: Proven experience with no-code/low-code development platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, or similar tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Javascript, CSS, and HTML to customize and enhance no-code/low-code applications as needed. Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not required. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. So, are you ready to join our team?
