Job Description
As a MES Operations Analyst, you will design and configure Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with GAMP 5 standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying MES systems to replace paper-based processes
- Coordinating with functional departments to gather user requirements and establish priorities
- Participating in project deliverables, such as reviewing company documentation and designing electronic records
- Designing and developing MES recipes, workflows, equipment, and master data
- Maintaining MES design documentation and processing system change control
- Liaising with Technical Trainers to develop training plans for MES users
- Providing end-user support for the MES and implementing strategies to improve process efficiencies
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of MES, preferably Werum PAS/X
- Logical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within a successful team
