**Perkin Elmer seeks MES Support Analyst**
A manufacturing equipment systems expert is required to onboard new equipment, provide user support, and troubleshoot issues in a GMP environment.
The MES Support Analyst role involves providing Level 1 and 2 support for hosted applications, provisioning users, and performing IT ticket management. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing IT support for manufacturing systems
- Performing unit testing on PCs and testing software configuration
- Working with client administrators for application troubleshooting
- Ensuring adherence to client's corporate policies
- Troubleshooting terminal connectivity issues and user rights
- Performing and assisting with planning and support activities associated with bringing new process areas on-board
Critical skills for the role include:
- Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment or similar Health Authority Regulated environment
- Good writing skills and ability to follow written standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interpret and document client requests
- Previous experience supporting an MES IT environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex instrument and technology issues
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Computer Science or technology industry experience
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience, including Windows technologies and IT systems management
