We are working with a global leader in the biopharma industry to source a Microbiology Manager to lead their growing team in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for QC Microbiology Identification testing and Clean Utility Monitoring
- Provide support testing to the Environmental Monitoring and Product Testing groups within the QC Microbiology Laboratory, observing and complying to c GLP
- Team Management: Direct responsibility for a team of QC Micro Analysts, requiring the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team to succeed.
- Requirements: At least 5 years Micro experience and some people management experience is required for this role.
