Microbiology Trainer. Join CLS, Ireland's highest accredited contract laboratory, in delivering bespoke managed service solutions for industry-leading sampling, analysis, and trained micro and analytical analysts in various sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support analyst recruitment, including interviewing and onboarding
* Train analysts in pharmaceutical and medical device microbiology
* Manage daily supervision of analysts, allocating resources and scheduling tasks
* Review analyst documentation, data, and lab reports
* Adopt a coaching style to encourage performance and confidence
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor of Science Level 8 degree
* Minimum three years' good manufacturing practice experience
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
