Microsoft Intune Administrator A role that involves managing and securing an organization's devices and applications through Microsoft Intune. Key Responsibilities: • Device Management: Enroll and manage devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS), configure device compliance policies and profiles, and monitor and troubleshoot device issues. • Application Management: Deploy and manage mobile and desktop applications, configure app protection policies, and monitor app performance and compliance. • Security Management: Implement and manage security policies, configure conditional access policies, and monitor and respond to security incidents. • User Management: Assign roles and permissions using role-based access control (RBAC), manage user and device groups, and provide support and training to end-users. • Policy Management: Create and manage configuration profiles, implement compliance policies, and monitor policy compliance and take corrective actions. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. • Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services. • Experience with SCCM an advantage, specifically moving from SCCM to Intune. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: • Previous experience in IT administration or a similar role. • Experience with device and application management in a corporate environment. Certifications: • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
