Microsoft Intune Administrator Day Rate Contract with our client based in Dublin 4 Hybrid (2 to 3 days in the office in Dublin 4, or other possible locations across Ireland) . . Role: Managing and securing our clients organisations devices and applications through Microsoft Intune. . Key Responsibilities: Device Management: Enroll and manage devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Configure device compliance policies and profiles. Monitor and troubleshoot device issues. Application Management: Deploy and manage mobile and desktop applications. Configure app protection policies. Monitor app performance and compliance. Security Management: Implement and manage security policies. Configure conditional access policies. Monitor and respond to security incidents. User Management: Assign roles and permissions using role-based access control (RBAC). Manage user and device groups. Provide support and training to end-users. Policy Management: Create and manage configuration profiles. Implement compliance policies. Monitor policy compliance and take corrective actions. . Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services. Experience with SCCM an advantage, specifically moving from SCCM to Intune. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: Previous experience in IT administration or a similar role. Experience with device and application management in a corporate environment. Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. .
