**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the General Manager to provide support across all management tasks
- Maintain and uphold high standards consistently across quality, safety, and food
- Lead and coach your team towards achieving outstanding success
- Strive for excellence in delivering memorable service to our customers
**Leadership Skills:**
- Ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
- Financial management skills, including managing a P&L, budgeting, or financial analysis to drive optimal performance
- Customer service excellence, with experience delivering outstanding service and understanding customer needs
