Job Summary: Seeking an ambitious mixed veterinary surgeon with leadership experience for a Clinical Director role in a midland-based hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the practice in delivering exceptional client and animal care.
• Oversee the general running of the large animal practice with a focus on clinical excellence and best practice policies.
• Work with the team and Area Support Manager to develop and lead the clinic's direction.
Requirements:
• Competent in all large animal scenarios.
• Excellent clinical skills and personable communication.
• Leadership and management knowledge or experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic, caring, and passionate with strong team leadership skills.
